Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the GBooks SaaS application ("the Application") provided by Govche Technologies Private Limited ("the Company"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms
1.1. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
1.2. You shall not sublicense, resell, lease, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the Company.
2.1. The Application and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, and software, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2.2. You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Application.
3.1. In order to use the Application, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your user account, and you shall not impersonate any person or entity.
4.1. The Company respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5.1. Certain features of the Application may be available only to subscribers who have paid the applicable fees.
5.2. By subscribing to the Application, you agree to pay the fees specified by the Company, and you authorize the Company or its third-party payment processors to charge your chosen payment method.
5.3. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of the Application.

7.2. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.
8.2. The Company's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Application shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of the Application.
9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
9.2. The Company may terminate your access to the Application for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
10.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Application and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
By using the GBooks SaaS Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Application.
